| Walk starts at the Shropshire Wildlife Trust Visitor Centre. Get up really early (or don’t go to bed at all!) for this magical event. Walk along a tributary of the Severn in the heart of Shrewsbury for an unforgettable dawn chorus. Please dress warmly, binoculars and a warm drink will be useful too if you have them. This event is open to the public and carries a small charge to cover breakfast. £5.00 per person. 4.30am – 9.00am |

The Macmillan World Championship Coracle Relay Race attracts crowds of supporters who cheer on the 48 teams from the banks of the River Severn. Look for signs of otter, watch out for kingfishers and brightly coloured dragonflies and listen out for birdsong. Suitable for the whole family.
